Rhodes was well-known to Canadian audiences as Sgt. Nick Raitt and Dr. Grant "Doc" Roberts in the CBC TV series Danger Bay (1984–1990) and Sidestreet (1975–1978), and as Leo on Da Vinci's Inquest (1998-2005). He also starred as Sherman Cottle on Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009). He is the brother of actor Tim Henry.
